Requirements
- 5+ years of content marketing, B2B writing, healthcare marketing, journalism, or related experience.
- Strong healthcare revenue cycle experience required, with specific knowledge of RCM, CDI, HIM/coding, or hospital finance.
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic, range-focused, and clear writing skills.
- Excellent long-form and short-form writing abilities for diverse assets like white papers, case studies, and social copy.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to distill complex technical or operational input.
- Proven ability to interview subject matter experts and translate findings into compelling narratives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- High standards for quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
- Basic understanding of SEO/AEO, content performance, CMS tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to submit 3-5 high-quality writing samples relevant to healthcare or health tech.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, research, write, and edit content moving healthcare buyers through the funnel, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Develop sharp, credible content tailored for CFOs, CDI leaders, and other hospital revenue cycle executives.
- Manage the company LinkedIn social calendar to establish thought leadership in AI and revenue cycle management.
- Partner with product, sales, and clinical teams to translate SME expertise into strong, market-facing content.
- Collaborate on demand generation campaigns including landing pages, email nurture sequences, and sales collateral.
- Apply SEO/AEO best practices and use analytics tools to monitor and improve content performance.
- Develop industry event presentations, session descriptions, and talk tracks for company leadership.
