Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing, B2B writing, healthcare marketing, or journalism experience.
  • Strong healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and strategically with a professional portfolio.
  • Excellent long-form and short-form writing skills.
  • Strong editorial judgment to translate technical or clinical input into polished content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • High standards for quality, accuracy, clarity, and voice.
  • Basic understanding of SEO/AEO, content performance, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive, research, write, and edit content moving healthcare buyers through the funnel.
  • Write for healthcare revenue cycle leaders, CFOs, CDI, and HIM/coding executives.
  • Turn complex RCM, CDI, AI, and clinical workflow topics into compelling content.
  • Own the company social calendar and write LinkedIn content to build brand awareness.
  • Develop industry event presentations, talk tracks, and executive POV materials.
  • Partner with product, sales, and clinical teams to translate expertise into market-facing stories.
  • Support demand generation via promotion plans, landing pages, and nurture email copy.
  • Optimize content using SEO/AEO best practices and data from analytics tools.
