Requirements

  • Experience in training management, instructional design, adult learning, workforce development, program management, law enforcement, investigations, case management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and delivering specialized technical or operational training programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials.
  • Experience delivering instructor-led training both virtually and in person.
  • Experience teaching communication, interviewing, situational awareness, or interpersonal skills to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with programs serving foreign-born populations.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams and supporting employee development.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when mission requirements dictate.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs supporting the mission.
  • Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and training resources.
  • Continuously evaluate and revise training content to meet contractual requirements, operational needs, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits of training records and program compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training guidance to leadership and operational staff.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on operational feedback and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
