Requirements

  • 2+ years experience managing SDR teams in a SaaS healthcare organization.
  • Proven record of building and leading high-performing outbound teams.
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop early-career sales talent.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams.
  • Comfortable navigating and guiding teams through evolving strategies and market changes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals.
  • Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to produce high-quality opportunities.
  • Analyze activity, conversion, and performance metrics to provide actionable coaching.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align positioning and campaigns.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to refine workflows, automation, and reporting visibility.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
