Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing SDR teams in a SaaS healthcare organization.
- Proven record of building and leading high-performing outbound teams.
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop early-career sales talent.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams.
- Comfortable navigating and guiding teams through evolving strategies and market changes.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with experience managing remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals.
- Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to produce high-quality opportunities.
- Analyze activity, conversion, and performance metrics to provide actionable coaching.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align positioning and campaigns.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to refine workflows, automation, and reporting visibility.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
