Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury case management experience.
- Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with legal case management software (SmartAdvocate).
- Strong empathy for injured clients.
- Ability to maintain professional attire and demeanor.
- Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough familiarity with each case in the assigned caseload.
- Post all case information, dates, and costs in SmartAdvocate.
- Contact new clients within 24 hours of retention for intake.
- Provide telephonic client updates every three weeks.
- Draft correspondence for attorneys and ensure all documents follow naming protocols.
- Communicate with adjusters and manage property damage claims.
- Ensure health insurance and Medicare subrogation claims are opened timely.
- Review evaluation forms and demand packages prior to attorney-client meetings.
- Monitor dashboard metrics and KPIs to ensure case progress.
