  • English proficiency at an advanced level (minimum C1).
  • In-depth gaming knowledge.
  • Own a modern gaming PC/laptop.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
  • Fast learner with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mb/s download and upload with latency under 120 ms.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Operating system: Windows 11 (excluding S Mode).
  • CPU with a PassMark CPU Mark of 9220 or higher (8th Gen Intel or above; 2nd Gen Ryzen or above).
  • GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806 or higher.
  • Two monitors.
  • Smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 10+ or iOS 16+).

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio.
  • Resolve player account and technical issues.
  • Address purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
  • Collaborate with a team of agents under a Team Lead and Operations Manager.
  • Participate in assisted training modules to develop skills.
  • Stay informed on client projects, updates, and branding to assist players effectively.
