Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Matchmaking/Dating industry membership sales.
- Previous experience with high volume outbound calls.
- Minimum of two years working in a remote role.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work space.
- A 4-year degree in psychology, business, communications, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build rapport with potential clients.
- Assess client needs and explain membership value propositions.
- Interview clients and select potential matches based on compatibility.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a Dating Specialist.
