Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beverage alcohol.
  • Minimum 3 years’ selling to National or Regional Account customers.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, goal attainment, programming, and partnerships in on-premise accounts.
  • Demonstrated budget and sales management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills across Microsoft Office and internal data systems.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, VIP, Power BI).
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing plans.
  • Managed third-party agency relationships and maximized customer spend.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for 40-50% travel.
  • Thorough knowledge of beverage alcohol laws and industry guidelines.
  • Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute sales strategies for the region to meet volume targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key chain customers to increase brand visibility and product penetration.
  • Collaborate with the National Account team to adapt and implement strategies at the regional level.
  • Partner with regional distributors and internal sales and marketing teams to align on goals and promotions.
  • Oversee merchandising and promotional strategies with distributor partners to maximize brand presence.
  • Develop and implement training programs for distributor teams regarding the product portfolio.
  • Monitor performance and identify trends using Power BI and sales analytics platforms.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation for trade marketing activities.
