Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beverage alcohol.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling to National or Regional Account customers.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, goal attainment, programming, and partnerships in on-premise accounts.
  • Demonstrated budget and sales management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, VIP, Power BI).
  • Excellent computer skills across Microsoft Office and internal data systems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and marketing plans.
  • Experience managing third-party agency relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for 40-50% travel.
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills.
  • Willingness to learn Jägermeister sales methods.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute sales strategies for the region to meet volume targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key chain customers to increase brand visibility and product penetration.
  • Collaborate with the National Account team to adapt and implement regional-level sales strategies.
  • Partner with regional distributors and internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and promotional activities.
  • Manage day-to-day chain business activities, including overseeing merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for distributor teams regarding the MJUS portfolio.
  • Monitor performance and identify trends using Power BI and sales analytics platforms.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation for trade marketing activities.
