Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing workflows, ideally within an in-house team or agency.
  • Proven track record of designing and maintaining project management systems.
  • Proficiency in Asana, including building project architecture, templates, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management platforms (Bynder strongly preferred).
  • Fluent with AI tools and experienced in identifying opportunities for workflow automation.
  • Strong brief-writing instincts and the ability to ensure brief clarity.
  • Clear, confident communication skills to manage creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and solutions-oriented approach to process management.
  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands in apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle categories preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative team’s full project pipeline from brief intake through final delivery.
  • Build and maintain detailed workback calendars across seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen creative needs.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, check-ins, and milestone reviews with clear agendas.
  • Manage and improve creative workflow systems, specifically within Asana.
  • Lead creative capacity planning and enforce brief standards across cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including taxonomy, governance, and team adoption.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors and manage freelancer contracts and invoices.
