Requirements
- 5+ years of Amazon leadership experience.
- Strong preference for experience with CPG brands.
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon revenue and growing market share.
- Deep understanding of Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
- Expertise in inventory planning, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Experience launching and scaling new SKUs successfully.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to build, scale, and optimize advertising programs while maintaining profitability.
- Knowledge of Amazon ecosystems, including rankings, pricing, reviews, and catalog strategy.
- Strong understanding of product development, including line extensions, bundles, and variations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Amazon P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, market share, and channel performance.
- Develop and execute the overall Amazon growth strategy with clear KPIs.
- Manage Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and emerging ad platforms.
- Lead the development and launch of new products, bundles, variations, and packaging formats.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to forecast demand, maintain inventory health, and minimize stockouts.
- Oversee listing optimization, A+ content, Brand Store development, pricing, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, creative, finance, and executive leadership teams.
