Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
- Proven experience managing complex customer or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to synthesize data and create proposals.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Angi’s most strategic Service Professional partners as their primary point of contact.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational trends.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations through regular business reviews.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for partners and internal teams.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to improve reporting and data visibility.
- Develop strategic proposals and initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue expansion.
- Advocate for partner needs cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
