Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or growth marketing roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first paid media channels.
  • Significant experience with large-scale budgets ($20M+ annually preferred).
  • Proven success in lead generation environments such as insurance, financial services, affiliate marketing, or call-based acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in in-platform execution, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of performance video creative strategy, including hooks, storytelling, and funnel alignment.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership with accountability for profitability, ROAS, and scalable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics) and advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong prioritization and execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating performance data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L performance for performance video campaigns, ensuring delivery against ROAS, growth, and margin targets.
  • Manage and optimize in-platform execution within Google Ads/YouTube, including campaign structure, bidding strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Design and execute creative testing strategies, aligning messaging and funnel stages with audience intent.
  • Scale multi-vertical campaigns across insurance and expand into additional lead-generation categories.
  • Drive both lead and inbound call performance, optimizing for lead quality and downstream revenue impact.
  • Build and refine performance reporting systems for KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, and call quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, sales, and product teams to accelerate growth.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and methodologies to systematize video campaign growth.
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
