Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
- Proven experience scaling performance video in lead gen niches like insurance, financial services, or health.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google/YouTube Ads architecture, bidding, audience strategy, and conversion setup.
- Strong analytical skills using BI tools (Looker, Google Analytics) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, regression).
- Proficiency with AI and self-serve creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut, MidJourney).
- Deep understanding of video creative strategy, including YouTube ABCDs, hooks, and funnel stage alignment.
- Demonstrated experience owning P&L and hitting aggressive growth goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-facing updates.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships across analytics, sales, product, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own spend, pacing, reporting, operations, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
- Manage campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, budget allocation, and testing frameworks in Google Ads.
- Scale performance across insurance verticals and expand into new financial services channels.
- Build campaigns that drive lead and inbound call volume, focusing on conversion rates and lead quality.
- Partner with creative teams and use AI tools to execute creative testing and funnel-stage alignment.
- Communicate performance insights and decisions frequently to stakeholders, teams, and leadership.
- Build repeatable operating systems and playbooks for video buying and scaling.
