Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years of experience managing and scaling video-first platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) with budgets of $20M+/year.
- Proven success scaling performance video in lead gen niches like insurance, finance, or health.
- Deep technical mastery of Google/YouTube Ads architecture, bidding, audience strategy, and conversion events.
- Hands-on platform execution experience, building campaigns directly rather than managing from a distance.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Google Analytics) and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, regression).
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to map hooks, formats, and offers to funnel stages.
- Experience using AI and self-serve creative tools (e.g., CapCut, MidJourney, Claude) for rapid testing.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with experience hitting aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional influence and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L, spend, pacing, reporting, operations, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
- Execute in-platform by managing campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Scale across insurance and financial services verticals by tailoring strategies to specific customer journeys.
- Build campaigns driving leads and inbound calls while optimizing for quality and conversion.
- Direct performance-focused creative strategy, including audience selection, messaging, and funnel-stage alignment.
- Drive alignment and communication across analytics, creative, sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Develop repeatable operating playbooks for video buying and creative testing.
