Requirements

- Significant experience in a similar role within a consumer/hospitality brand.
- Expertise in targeting and converting US-based consumers.
- Deep understanding of paid digital, social, search, and organic strategies.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Meta, and Google Analytics.
- Commercial experience managing PPC campaigns for hospitality venues.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Experience managing a team and working with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage data-driven paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads.
- Conduct thorough account audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Define keyword targets and build campaigns with meticulous attention to targeting and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids to maximize ROI, and resolve tracking issues.
- Analyze customer profiles using Google Analytics and present findings to clients.
- Write and optimize compelling advert copy.
- Lead weekly strategy calls with clients to deliver insights and manage campaigns.
- Detect and correct revenue loss from click fraud and conduct multivariate testing on landing pages.
