- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, AEO, and LLM optimization.
- Analytical proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Portfolio submission required for consideration.
- Ability to work in a camera-first, remote-first environment.
- Strong leadership, influence, and business strategy skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute and lead website and digital experience strategy to support pipeline and revenue growth.
- Drive the modernization roadmap, including platform evaluation beyond WordPress.
- Lead UX and design transformation initiatives to improve user journeys and information architecture.
- Own WordPress website management, including performance, speed, and design optimization.
- Lead SEO, AEO, and LLM optimization strategies to structure content for AI-driven discovery.
- Execute CRO and personalization strategies aligned with demand generation efforts.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Track digital KPIs and connect website performance metrics to pipeline and ROI.
