Responsibilities

  • Execute and lead website and digital experience strategy to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Drive the modernization roadmap, including platform evaluation beyond WordPress.
  • Lead UX and design transformation initiatives to improve user journeys and information architecture.
  • Own WordPress website management, including performance, speed, and design optimization.
  • Lead SEO, AEO, and LLM optimization strategies to structure content for AI-driven discovery.
  • Execute CRO and personalization strategies aligned with demand generation efforts.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Track digital KPIs and connect website performance metrics to pipeline and ROI.
