Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead individual contributor role at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SA360, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize seven-figure annual paid media budgets.
- Strong command of measurement and attribution models.
- Experience with programmatic display and/or content syndication platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, 6Sense).
- Fluency with marketing analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Growth Marketing leadership to align strategy with demand generation priorities.
- Execute Americas-specific paid media plans across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and emerging channels.
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar annual paid media budget.
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) integration with paid media.
- Manage A/B and multivariate testing across creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaign outcomes.
- Report on KPIs and build forecasting models for pipeline contribution.
