- Support the development and execution of the endocrine division strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of branded and unbranded tactical plans.
- Optimize tactical plans based on qualitative and quantitative data, including field feedback and call logging.
- Leverage insights from field intelligence, market trends, market research, and advisors to formulate marketing approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including regulatory, legal, medical affairs, and field sales to ensure comprehensive HCP communications.
- Manage Commercial Review Team (CRT) processes and agency relationships.
- Contribute to the development of strategies based on understanding of brand strategic imperatives and competitive landscape.
