Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in member engagement, population health, marketing, or growth.
  • Direct experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or managed care environments.
  • Proven track record of owning a member engagement or activation function end-to-end.
  • Experience managing outreach and engagement vendors and platforms at scale.
  • Ability to build a function and team from the ground up in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical fluency with experience using performance data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in outreach, specifically TCPA and consent requirements.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills to partner with Clinical, Network, and Analytics teams.
  • Understanding of value-based care performance dynamics and total cost of care.

Responsibilities

  • Own Chamber's member engagement strategy including prioritization, channel selection, messaging, and cadence.
  • Build and execute the member journey from initial outreach through care plan enrollment.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, list management, and vendor coordination.
  • Design and optimize campaign strategy using data for cohort targeting, sequencing, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure TCPA compliance and DNC list management across all outreach channels.
  • Build and operationalize Member and Provider NPS programs.
  • Develop and execute programs to prevent attribution loss and improve member retention.
  • Manage the engagement team as the organization scales.
