- Strategic thinking and an interest in business.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, or Business (preferred).
- Experience in technology industries (preferred).
- Experience in B2B environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a research plan grounded in Lumen’s strategy and technological realities.
- Execute research to develop insights and confirm or refute hypotheses about technology, business, government, and societal trends.
- Synthesize research findings into research papers, blogs, articles, and other products for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and communications teams.
- Monitor technological innovations and macro-trends while sharing insights with external researchers.
