Requirements

12+ years of extensive experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record in a senior strategic leadership role.
Direct management experience of strategists or strategy teams.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives.
Proficiency in navigating multi-disciplinary marketing channels and tools.
Advanced understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and brand positioning.
Experience conducting and leading high-level workshops and presentations.
Strong business acumen with an ability to identify new business opportunities and inform pricing/scoping.
Proven experience in resource planning, workload management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Senior Strategists or Strategy Directors.
Own strategic direction and client relationship health for 2–4 key accounts.
Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the team.
Define and refine strategic processes, frameworks, and templates.
Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional account teams.
Develop comprehensive creative briefs and coach direct reports to do the same.
Lead and oversee research and analytics initiatives like stakeholder interviews and audits.
Translate complex data and findings into persuasive narratives for C-level executives.
Design and facilitate digital client workshops.
