Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support professional
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and administrative platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Responsibilities
- Manage daily email organization, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Update CRM and PSA systems such as HubSpot, Autotask, and EOS/90
- Track renewals, opportunities, KPIs, and operational reports
- Assist with meeting documentation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks
- Support sales operations, vendor coordination, and pipeline tracking
- Maintain contact databases, lead lists, and reporting spreadsheets
- Create presentations, reports, and business documentation
- Support LinkedIn outreach and administrative marketing tasks
- Assist with accountability tracking and reminder follow-ups
