Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support professional
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and administrative platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email organization, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Update CRM and PSA systems such as HubSpot, Autotask, and EOS/90
  • Track renewals, opportunities, KPIs, and operational reports
  • Assist with meeting documentation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks
  • Support sales operations, vendor coordination, and pipeline tracking
  • Maintain contact databases, lead lists, and reporting spreadsheets
  • Create presentations, reports, and business documentation
  • Support LinkedIn outreach and administrative marketing tasks
  • Assist with accountability tracking and reminder follow-ups
