Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience using AI and building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or internal tools.
  • High proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
  • Strong operations mindset with the ability to spot friction and simplify complex processes.
  • Technical fluency to design solutions, evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and challenge engineering teams.
  • Experience owning or rapidly scaling Revenue Operations functions, including CRM, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Ability to build and lead teams while promoting responsible AI practices like security and data privacy.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively in an evolving scale-up environment.
  • Comfort working with distributed or remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the AI roadmap, from use-case discovery through to delivery, adoption, and measurement.
  • Identify friction points for AI and automation to resolve, starting with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize and scope delivery work.
  • Manage a team of 7, including an Engineering Manager and RevOps personnel, to execute on technical initiatives.
  • Oversee Revenue Operations, including CRM systems, lead routing, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure AI initiatives are scalable, compliant, and well-governed.
  • Champion practical, responsible AI adoption that is trusted and embedded into daily business workflows.
