Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Lifecycle / CRM for consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech.
  • Expert Braze proficiency (canvases, Liquid, Connected Content, segmentation, deliverability).
  • Proven experience with rigorous experimentation, holdouts, and incrementality testing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience briefing designers and copywriters.
  • Active use of AI tools for daily workflows.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (MLR/legal review, disclosures).
  • Analytical fluency in tools like Amplitude, Sigma, or Looker to diagnose funnels and cohort retention.
  • Ability to write SQL or use AI-assisted tools for data analysis.
  • High ownership and startup operator mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-purchase lifecycle strategy including nurture, win-back, and product launch communications.
  • Design and manage Braze canvases, segments, and multi-channel campaigns (push/SMS/email).
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework including holdouts and incrementality reads.
  • Implement AI-augmented workflows using tools like AirOps, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate content production.
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, and Brand teams to ensure compliant, on-brand messaging.
  • Manage and iterate on post-purchase retention motions, including onboarding and adherence programs.
