Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services compliance.
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations.
- Working knowledge of Regulation Z.
- Working knowledge of UDAAP.
- Experience with compliance testing and monitoring.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a lean team.
- Fluency in Salesforce (preferred).
- Fluency in JIRA (preferred).
- Fluency in SEON (preferred).
- Experience with compliance automation tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to execute quarterly compliance testing and conduct QC reviews of controls.
- Document compliance findings to ensure the company remains audit-defensible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with compliance reviews for new product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead the day-to-day governance of the Compliance Management System (CMS), including BSA/AML oversight and regulatory change tracking.
- Systematically quality-check automated outputs and manage complaint trend reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking partner and regulatory standards.
