- Pursue revenue goals and KPIs with assigned strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with contacts at different levels of key end user organizations including executive management as well as location stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that increase brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute specific marketing and sales-oriented programs to support key corporate initiatives.
- Increase revenue through the development of specific account plans to include new business development, product presentations, promotional programs, and trade show plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams on opportunity identification and execution.
- Serve as key liaison between end user market segment and company departments including customer service, purchasing, and logistics.
- Manage and analyze key account sales data to spot trends and mitigate risk.
- Maintain customer information and activity in the CRM database.
- Participate in regional or national industry trade shows, distributor training, and customer visits.
