Requirements

  • 1+ years in an outbound SaaS SDR role.
  • Genuinely comfortable cold calling with strong conviction.
  • Process-driven and organized to manage high-volume outreach.
  • Strong written communication skills for crisp, human, and effective sequences.
  • HubSpot proficiency or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Experience using sequencing tools.
  • Ability to track and analyze personal performance data.
  • Self-directed and productive in a remote work environment.
  • Nice to have: Short-term rental or hospitality background.

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Run high-volume outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn targeting property management companies.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by verifying portfolio size and PMS integration compatibility.
  • Manage and iterate on outbound sequences within HubSpot and Instantly.
  • Maintain clean and current CRM data for accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Participate in sales calls and industry webinars to build context.
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing on messaging and target account prioritization.
  • Identify and test AI-assisted approaches to improve outreach efficiency.
