Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team huddles to align on goals.
- Engage in regular training and coaching to develop sales skills.
- Make high volumes of outbound calls (500+ daily) to warm leads.
- Persuade prospects to explore insurance options.
- Gather information to create and maintain customer profiles in the CRM.
- Transfer qualified hot leads to the Sales teams.
- Meet with managers as needed to discuss performance and development.
