Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
- 4+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, or Pyspark.
- Familiarity with Github and Databricks.
- Experience using sample or panel data to make precise estimates.
- Proven track record of quickly learning new, complex data methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring peers and raising quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Ramp up quickly to become the primary owner of high-impact data deliverables.
- Design, maintain, and run comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal stakeholders by communicating data methodologies and limitations.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues across pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights and Engineering to develop technical solutions and expand automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and mentor peers.
