Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience with a track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns within a marketing agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Experience presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to clients, C-suite executives, and senior leadership.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI-driven search experiences, and automation tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel quarterly for client meetings and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, LSA, OTT, Yelp, and Email Marketing.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to ensure efficient spend and goal achievement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, C-suite executives, and private equity stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through ongoing training, coaching, and support.
- Lead the creation of team training programs, onboarding initiatives, and best-practice documentation.
- Travel quarterly for on-site client business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
