Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience with a track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns within a marketing agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Experience presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to clients, C-suite executives, and senior leadership.
  • Understanding of LLMs, AI-driven search experiences, and automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel quarterly for client meetings and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, LSA, OTT, Yelp, and Email Marketing.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to ensure efficient spend and goal achievement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, C-suite executives, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through ongoing training, coaching, and support.
  • Lead the creation of team training programs, onboarding initiatives, and best-practice documentation.
  • Travel quarterly for on-site client business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
