Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, or TikTok portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
- Proven success scaling performance video in lead-gen niches such as insurance, finance, or health.
- Deep hands-on expertise building campaign architecture, audience strategy, and bidding directly in-platform.
- Strong grasp of affiliate lead generation monetization, funnel optimization, and call-based marketing.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Looker and Google Analytics, plus advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to execute creative testing and concept development using AI tools like CapCut, MidJourney, or Claude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates and cross-functional alignment.
- Track record of P&L ownership, hitting aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Experience building multi-vertical strategies adapted to distinct customer intent.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L, spend, pacing, reporting, and profitability for insurance YouTube campaigns.
- Execute campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, and testing in Google Ads.
- Scale across insurance and financial services verticals by adapting messaging to customer journeys.
- Manage lead and call generation, optimizing for metrics such as CVR, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Direct creative strategy, utilizing AI and self-serve tools to iterate concepts.
- Communicate performance and strategic insights proactively to cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Build repeatable operating systems and playbooks for video buying and scaling.
