Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
- Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Advanced English skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.
- Experience managing accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset.
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with appropriate documentation.
- Support the monthly close process and meet all reporting deadlines.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolve variances.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with policies and standards.
- Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Support internal controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.
- Assist during external audits by preparing documentation.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure proper recording of costs and expenses.
