Requirements

- Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
- Experience navigating multiple systems while documenting simultaneously.
- Ability to adhere to defined workflows and mandatory scripting requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations and comprehensive assessments with patients and caregivers.
- Perform high-volume outbound and inbound patient outreach to explain services.
- Coordinate and manage cognitive health screening campaigns.
- Collect and document medical history from patients and caregivers.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between patients, caregivers, and the medical team.
- Assist patients with technology-related questions and platform navigation.
