Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, clients, vendors, and property teams.
- Manage and track service requests from initiation through to completion.
- Schedule appointments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records within corporate systems through data entry and management.
- Provide professional support via telephone, email, and online communications.
- Identify process improvements and support team service quality objectives.
