- Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license.
- Must be eligible to obtain licensing in all states.
- 1+ years customer service experience in the insurance or related industry.
- High School diploma or its equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating a Windows environment.
- Competence in simultaneously navigating multiple systems (data entry, quoting applications, insurance software).
- Strong problem resolution and organizational skills.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
- High-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct resource for Sales Reps by handling new business inquiries and completing applications.
- Guide prospective customers through the new policy process from initial quote to binding coverage.
- Run accurate insurance quotes across multiple carriers for new customers.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on new policy applications.
- Educate clients on coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
- Consistently achieve KPI benchmarks including percent of binds and contacts handled.
- Maintain availability and manage phone states to ensure prompt support.
