Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proficiency in SAP, QOE, and CRM systems (Engage).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Team sports experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support 8-10 Sales Pros in the timely and accurate order process from start to finish.
- Assist and train Sales Pros on order entry processes.
- Research vendor issues and verify product availability.
- Manage returns and replacements for assigned sales pros.
- Generate and manage sales reports for processed orders.
- Open, run, and close customer web stores (MTS).
- Communicate order-related issues between sales and other departments.
- Maintain active communication with vendors and customers regarding product tracking.
