Requirements
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
- Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
- Available to work Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of products from multiple insurance carriers
- Work primarily with company-provided qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to move them through the sales funnel
- Meet or exceed sales goals by applying effective sales strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Build customized policies for customers using internal quoting tools and systems
- Educate homeowners on insurance coverage options
