Requirements

- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote environment.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area.
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: Experience in property management, multi-family housing, or hospitality.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM, ticketing, or property management software.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents, consumers, and vendors via telephone, email, and online communication channels.
- Provide professional and timely solutions for service inquiries, account questions, and scheduling needs.
- Coordinate and track service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with residents and property teams.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services within corporate systems.
- Perform data entry, records management, and general administrative support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
