Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer success, software implementation, consulting, or technical support experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and professional service offerings.
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training according to company standards.
  • Proficiency with IT technical skills and platform integrations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of internal systems such as HighLevel and Freshdesk is preferred.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and SOPs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable implementation plans.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, schedules, and resource activities for implementations and migrations.
  • Design and manage software integration and migration deployments.
  • Deliver services within scope and proactively manage any scope changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer needs and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Conduct educational webinars and workshops to support customer adoption.
  • Monitor and exceed adoption and usage metrics such as renewals and net promoter scores.
  • Create and update customer journey playbooks and SOPs.
