Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer success, software implementation, consulting, or technical support experience.
- 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and professional service offerings.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training according to company standards.
- Proficiency with IT technical skills and platform integrations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of internal systems such as HighLevel and Freshdesk is preferred.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and SOPs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Listen to and translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable implementation plans.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, schedules, and resource activities for implementations and migrations.
- Design and manage software integration and migration deployments.
- Deliver services within scope and proactively manage any scope changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer needs and resolve outstanding issues.
- Conduct educational webinars and workshops to support customer adoption.
- Monitor and exceed adoption and usage metrics such as renewals and net promoter scores.
- Create and update customer journey playbooks and SOPs.
