  • Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency in SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with 6Sense and Drift is preferred.
  • Passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a stable work history.
  • Strong communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution via email, phone, and social selling.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on company products.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics for opportunity creation and progression.
  • Research business operations, leadership structures, and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to organize pipeline and qualified meetings.
