Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
- Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Proficiency in SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with 6Sense and Drift is preferred.
- Passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders from enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a stable work history.
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region.
Responsibilities
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conduct account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution via email, phone, and social selling.
- Leverage LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on company products.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics for opportunity creation and progression.
- Research business operations, leadership structures, and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to organize pipeline and qualified meetings.
