Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience with relevant or related clinical systems and processes.
- Expertise in clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS).
- Proficiency in transforming business process requirements into Functional Requirements.
- Experience leading teams directly or indirectly to achieve outcomes.
- Experience in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate business needs to IT technology partners.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system adoption through training, communication, hands-on demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead or support system implementation, including testing, configuration, and support for new and existing systems.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements discussions to document functional specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to update system configurations, reports, dashboards, and templates.
- Oversee new system version releases, including validation oversight and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop system processes, procedures, and best practices for technical and clinical teams.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support audit and regulatory inspection preparation, including CAPA plan development and execution.
