Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- 8 years of experience with relevant or related system and processes.
- Experience in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, eTMF and RTMS).
- Understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations.
- Knowledge in transforming business process requirements into functional requirements.
- Experience leading teams directly or indirectly to achieve operational outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively, motivate, and empower others.
- Effective communication in the English Language.
- Prior experience in a Clinical Operations role handling systems.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system adoption through training, communication, hands-on demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead or support system implementation, including testing, training, and configuration.
- Coordinate and conduct stakeholder requirements discussions to identify functional needs and adoption barriers.
- Develop and document specifications for system selection, operations, and configuration based on end-user needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to update system configurations, reports, dashboards, and milestones.
- Oversee system version releases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop system processes, procedures, and best practices for technical and clinical teams.
- Participate in audit and regulatory inspection preparation and CAPA plan development.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize operational efficiency.
