Requirements
- Proven background in large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong Business Analysis expertise
- Experience in banking, ideally within payments and/or cards
- Ability to break down requirements into small, deliverable user stories
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Agile delivery (Kanban, Sprints, iterative releases)
- Comfortable working closely with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters
- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to run and create scripts)
- Confidence working alongside technical teams and translating business needs into solutions
Responsibilities
- Map, analyse, and improve client journeys and business processes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Drive requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with technology teams, solution architects, and Scrum teams to deliver iterative releases
- Support data migration, system transitions, and regulatory alignment
- Ensure alignment with the wider programme strategy and delivery roadmap
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership
