Requirements
- University graduate, or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to excel in academic assignments and research.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in HR operations and HR software.
- Must be tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, complete, and accurate work.
- High level of discipline and organizational skills.
- Ability to model HR4Way principles including consistency, follow-through, and customer-centricity.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours to meet client expectations.
- English fluency is required.
Responsibilities
- Support Consultants with activities required to move clients through the HR4Way process.
- Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment.
- Audit new setups against the internal checklist to confirm organization and completeness.
- Use Reports & Analytics app to surface insights across the client network.
- Take on special projects such as re-running reports and providing recommendations.
- Update resources across the client network to support client empowerment.
- Maintain Jira as a daily task board to track work visibility and completion.
