Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation within a B2B organization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze funnel data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and revenue growth enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales operations, including lead routing, assignment, CRM data integrity, and pipeline tracking across business units.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect databases, including sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics such as lead response times, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage HubSpot-based workflows, automation, reporting dashboards, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate sales administration activities, including contracts, NDAs, proposals, approvals, and sales-to-client handoffs.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to deliver sales intelligence, campaign support, and process improvements that reduce friction and increase output.
  • Support public relations initiatives by coordinating media outreach, press releases, industry visibility, and recognition opportunities.
