Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative ops, or similar orchestration roles.
  • Proven track record running prioritization, process design, and end-to-end campaign operations.
  • Expertise in financial and vendor management, including budget ownership and resource forecasting.
  • Deep fluency in project management and workflow tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, or Airtable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and creative tools such as Figma.
  • Leadership-level judgment on governing and implementing AI within creative workflows.
  • Ability to build trust and partner effectively with designers, producers, and creative leadership.
  • Strong systems mindset with a focus on simplification and navigating ambiguity.
  • Prior experience in creative or content production is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience driving change management within an established organization is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Own intake and prioritization across the marketing and creative team, aligning work with campaign calendars and business goals.
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end workflow processes, including responsible integration of AI into creative production.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into campaign health and project manage key integrated campaigns.
  • Manage and forecast creative production budgets, resource capacity, and freelance/vendor networks.
  • Analyze operational performance data, including throughput and cycle time, to optimize efficiency.
  • Mentor and support a team of producers and project managers while fostering a sustainable culture.
