Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical thinking to draw on complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios such as governance cycles and capacity reviews.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management tools, workflows, and processes.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on how operations functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
