Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze complex planning workflows and portfolio data.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspectives on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Apply real-world experience to assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios, including governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
