Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical thinking to explain complex planning workflows and portfolio experiences.
- Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions regarding project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Review and respond to PMO scenarios, including capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews based on domain expertise.
- Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams evaluate planning tools and governance frameworks.
